Academic Advisor – Mark Haber

Mark Haber received his M.B.A. in 1972 from Syracuse University right after earning
his Bachelor of Commerce at Sir George Williams (presently Concordia University).
His business experience includes corporate marketing in the banking industry and
marketing of health and beauty aids.

In 1988 he began teaching part time at Concordia. Presently Mark teaches at the John
Molson School of Business, where he is Advisor to the Undergraduate Competition
Program. He introduced a system and a class for nine Commerce Games teams in
the Fall of 1998 and It was in 2007 that Mark won the “Recognition Award” at the Jeux
de Commerce TD Meloche Monnex. In the ‘09/’10 season JMSB fielded over fifty
academic teams and over thirty reached the podium (top three) under his guidance.
The vision is to make JMSB a sustainable contender in the world case competition
arena.
