CONTRIBUTION
Every year, Universities participating in the Jeux du Commerce are encouraged to get involved in bettering the community in which they are located.
This year, on October 8th, the John Molson School of Business delegation visited the Maison Elizabeth House, a Montreal based charity which serves teenage mothers. They did some basic renovations, painting, as well as spent time with the mothers and their children.
The Maison Elizabeth House is a Montreal Area charity where teenage mothers can come when they have no other options in life. They house some nine mothers and their children as well as providing their services of education, nursery and counselling to aid the mothers to return to a normal life.
